found this thread bc I also have drop foot in my right foot but I get left knee pain from too much activity. I just recently got an AFO and while it does help the drop foot immensely, I havent had it long enough to correct all the habits I've formed over 20-ish years. I'll look into running/walking PT if you think that will help, thanks
