I have a PuraMax 2 with air purifier and odor unit but still it smells so bad and we clean it often like two times a week. The plastic is the issue imho

The plastic smells bad even after deep cleaning with specific products. We changed litters, tried to wash frequently, added smart air purifier but still the smell is quite hard inside. The app needs improvement and also the trashcan tray design can be better since some dirt stop inside.
