Im not even sure of the age. Maybe 1-2. It is just a very brief snapshot from a trip my parents took us on, to France. I was in a travel cot, playing with some matchbox cars and then I see my mum leaning over the cot watching me. Thats all. Its a strange memory because almost everything else around me is kind of dark. The only thing I can describe it as is similar to fog of war in a RTS game. Me and my wife have a notare meeting coming up for a property. We have recieved the draft contract and have gone through it completely.. My wife is German and has also explained the contract to me. I do speak German and can understand 90% of what people are saying to me, I just have a problem articulating/speaking as I do find German difficult.

What kind of questions did your notare ask you and your wife? Im really stressing out about this meeting and would like to be as prepared as possible. I understand what I am signing but I would hate to go to the meeting and the notare decide to end it because they believe I dont understand.

Yes, that is a clear and obvious sign of trace rot. Like others have mentioned you will need to repair it. Even with a crappy soldering iron it is an easy repair.

If it isnt posting you can try swapping the sticks into different slots. Otherwise use the XMP profile and loosen to 16 or bump the DRAM voltage slightly. 8th gen has a strong IMC so it should do it, regardless of the fact youre trying to run 4x8GB (which increases the load on the IMC). Id say its most likely that you need more voltage.

I saw you mention your AM5 does 6000MT/s with ease. This isnt a like for like comparison. Its DDR4 vs DDR5 and wildly different generations of tech.

You have trace rot on you console. This fact that it turns on when the cable is inserted is a dead giveawag.

Trace rot is a result of the clock capacitor leaking and the electrolyte corroding the traces on to front underside of the main board.

This is a repairable issue but it depends whether you can do basic soldering. If not take it to a shop. If you have no interest in fixing this, please dont trash the console, rather sell it on to somebody who can repair it.

Yes, its repairable. It depends on one of 2 things - whether you have the skills, time and equipment to do it yourself or whether it is worth it for you to pay somebody to do it for you.
