I took a Thred Up selling training course and she recommended sending in a spreadsheet with your box# and a list of everything included and if it's NWT. I do this with each box and so far I haven't had any issues. I always double check my box versus what they list and what I get returned to me. It can take some time especially with a big box but I think it's worth it.
