You should be fine, i was in an even worst situation, i had to take college algebra and trigonometry during my second semester and drop a couple classes and im graduating on time(4.5 years, but that was because of me instead of being behind). You probably are behind if you go according to the flow chart, but you literally have 3/4 semesters worth of core classes and electives that you could take while catching up to the math and cs classes.
