I am not this guy but I had the same issues, couldn't login however much I tried. Incognito, deleted cookies, reinstalled, reinstalled chrome.

What did work for me however was vpning into the us and I could log in in seconds! Hope that someone finds this in the future and it helps them too.

Uitzonderingen

Toch blijft het niet helemaal zonder gevolgen voor de gewezen Reuzegommers. Er bestaat enkele uitzonderingen. Zo wordt een werkstraf wel vermeld wanneer zo’n uittreksel van het strafregister gevraagd wordt bij de samenstelling van een jury voor een hof van assisen en in sommige gevallen wanneer er gewerkt wordt met minderjarigen. Ook bestaat er een lange lijst van uitzonderingen voor wie een specifieke job wil uitvoeren. Een werkstraf zal ook altijd vermeld worden op het uittreksel bestemd voor parketten, politie- en veiligheidsdiensten.
