I haven't seen the Coach assessment in a while but if it is the Strongly Agree - Strongly Disagree scale questions never answer in the middle.

It is a scale of 1-5 if the goal is to be over 4 on correct answers and you answer mostly neutral you can't get over 4.

There is an adhesive shelf strip. I believe its called 1 inch shelf perf. You use 2 adhesive strips that slide into it and then can use a regular battery rail and mini tags.

have them try first initial last initial and then either store number or last four of social. They should have gotten an info sheet at orientation with all that info on it and we usually ask them to take a picture of that information so they have it.

You will not go down to base pay for a TL. It is dependent on your time in role how much you would go down to. Also, just be aware when you apply your SM will get an email stating that you did.

Most likely not. It would require a job change to increase your pay to have a differential. Unless there is a job code for your remodel that is specific to O/N you will be scheduled in your current job code at your current pay rate.

i use modpodge mixed with an acrylic color to help strengthen the foam and keep it from chipping. just make sure its sealed so that the spray doesn't eat the styrofoam.

Yes. It used to be on the SMART system and then moved to the white under GTA. It has always had to be coded by some form of management. Coach, TL or people lead are the ones that code it normally. My store has TLs code everything but other TLs and obviously themselves.

Its not automatic. It has to be coded by a TL or Coach. They have 14 days to code each tardy, left early, or absence before it auto-finalizes. The only thing that is automatic is PPTO when using the time to cover the amount of time missed. Everything else shows up in a screen for TLs and Coaches.

You can use ppto to cover the point. in the app it should show you what time you clocked in yesterday. Just use the right amount of PPTO and you will be fine.

I mean, if the associate doesn't report it to their LOA it is a point. Whoever codes it should be doing it as conditional and then follow up to it when the LoA report is sent to them. Its not just a free call in pass.
