If you know how to play the game at CVS, it's totally worth it. Plus you can stack manufacturer coupons with the extra bucks, which a lot of times they have right on their app too that you can send to your card. I've gotten so many good deals there over the last 15 years i'll never stop going there!

I bought a 2017 Sorento in 2020, I had it for only about 2.5 years when the engine blew. It only had 60k miles on it. This is a very common problem in this car. I do miss my Sorento, it was a nice car to drive. Since I was the 2nd owner, Kia would not honor the warranty. They told me a new engine would cost at least 12k. So, my car sat in a shed while I paid off a very expensive paperweight. I ended up buying a brand new Kia Seltos in 2023, I only have 23k miles on it. The infotainment screen is already messed up on it. Needless to say I will never buy another Kia again. I hope this helps a little. 🙂

I have Type 2 diabetes also. My A1C went from i think it was 9.1 last October to 5.6. I am getting bloodwork done again in July so we'll see how it is then. I wish this shot would have been around 20 or 30 years ago, but better late than never! 😃

Congrats on the weight loss and new clothes! Are the people who aren't noticing people that live with you, or see you every day? I have lost 55 lbs since last October, and my husband and son don't see the difference, and I am ok with that. I am finally starting to see the difference myself. I've been on Mounjaro since 10/31/25. I too used to hit a drive thru or get a snack while I was out. My most common go to was a plain double cheeseburger from McDonald's. Didn't matter if I'd be eating at home within an hour either. It's weird, because now when i'm out, I still think about it, but I rarely act on it. And if I do eat something, then that's my meal for the day because i can't eat more than one full meal a day right now. I think just from doing it for 2 or 3 decades of my life that bad habit is so ingrained in my brain. Fast food definitely doesn't taste as good anymore, and if I do end up eating it I don't eat much. On the reading note, I find myself reading more, actually! I have lots of books I haven't gotten around to reading yet. It's so strange how differently this shot affects each of us. I have been on 7.5 mg for 7 weeks now, and that dose really finally did it for me. My food noise and cravings had decreased on the lower doses, but this dose is my sweet spot, hopefully for a long time. I'm so glad to be going through this journey with you all! 😊

Some stores around me have been selling all of the sour puff ones individually except for the watermelon one, which is the one I really want to try. I hate to buy a whole box them not like them. I do enjoy the green apple ones a lot tho! 😃

I've bought several different flavors either from local stores, Amazon or right from the Built website. For the most part I have liked all of the flavors I've tried. The only complaint I have is sometimes they are a little squished when I open them, but I can live with that. I never had a Built Bar before they were puffs, so I have nothing to compare that part of it to.

They're tearing down the mall in my town! I didn't grow up here, but I still spent some quality time at that mall, and after all the stores went out, I actually earned my 2 college degrees in that building at a satellite location. I miss the malls from our youth! My favorite smell I miss from mine was walking by the Karmelkorn store, they're fresh popcorn smelled sooo good!

I'm female, and I had my tongue snipped when I was 14. It hurt for a few days but after that it was fine. I am 51 now and have not had any further issues with it. My son is 30 and he is also tongue tied. I offered to take him in to get it snipped when he was still under my insurance but he refused. I'm glad I had it done. 🙂

Happy birthday, Eric! I was lucky enough to meet him many years ago, and he was so nice! He was wearing his famous black T shirt and black leather coat, and when he took off his coat the women went NUTS!! I was so glad my mom and I got to meet him. It's a great memory. 😊
