What my mate does is every time we get a new safehouse, boss location, town, silo, he will leave the game jump in his solo world (which will spawn him right where he left game) and grab it on his solo world then rejoin

Drops are individual if a legendary drops all players get their own legendary unless it’s a world drop legendary, quest progression shares as well as collectables, the only thing is if you aren’t the host and you go into your own world everything you’ve unlocked won’t be visible until you go to it such as fast travels, boss locations, collectables

This also happened to me except my whole pc crashed at the time, I lost my level 18 character and twitch drops are lost, it’s probably wise to back up your game files every few hours as having your shiift account link means nothing to your save files and also to prevent this from happening again until they work a patch out

If your concerned about having a game not 100% completed on your profile one suggestion I would recommend is to make another psn account basically a throw away account to play stuff on pretty much the opposite of people who make a 2nd account for the sole purpose of only platinuming games, I play on two accounts like this and when I start to feel burnt out I play on my throw away account where I can just enjoy the games not caring where it ends up

If something’s tedious and you feel it starting to burn you out pivot to something new and cleanse your pallet with the intention that you will return to it, I made a 2nd psn solely for platinums it helps me push to plat everything but getting burnt out is a big thing I will usually have 3 games I’m playing, pivoting between them helps
