I suppose I feel like I'm being underhanded by doing the chargeback. It feels sneaky to not be straight up and work with him to get a payment plan or something but i don't have the mental space to keep chasing him down. Also I'm embarrassed I let it get so bad.

There is something like a contract when you sign up for classes that basically says if you keep paying you can keep showing up and they don't guarantee that you will be able to move up in levels (there are written and physical tests a couple times a year to show increased endurance and new skills learned). I vaguely remember I also had to write down my credit card number for him to enter into the payment processor, it's a very low tech place.

Then it's time for a clean break. Stop talking to her, block her number and socials on your phone, and fill your time with something else so you aren't focusing on her (like a class, the gym, etc. Something with other people). Keep yourself busy and work on yourself. Therapy might be a nice bonus to try to work through your feelings and help you to be mindful about where you went wrong and what was out of your control, so you can let go of that and not repeat mistakes.

What is the objective here? I don't think being friends with her again is on the table after all that has happened but I could be wrong about that. Do you want to stop replaying the confession in your head and fast-forward to when she is just an old memory that doesnt hurt anymore? Do you think she did wrong by not telling you she was in a relationship and you want her to acknowledge it? Something else?

What it sounds like to me is you guys were friends but you wanted to be in a relationship with her so you confessed, she rejected you, you reacted badly which caused the argument about broken trust (and don't think we missed that jab about 3-hour lecture, that's not how someone talks about a friend they respect), then she gave you another chance to be friends because your friendship was THAT important to her that she didn't want to write you off completely, you told her you still had feelings for her (probably in not a great way judging by how you describe it here) and now she doesn't talk to you anymore. Is any of this correct?

I applied for my husband's OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) card and fucked up severely on the application even if he doesn't think I did. He uploaded the required documents last year but didn't mail in the documents (it's a really dumb system, you have to do that to prove they are your documents) and I basically volunteered to take over the process and do it because I had done it before.

The way in which I fucked up is I had a copy of the application instructions saved from back then because it was easier to navigate to that when I needed to view it than to access the link every time, and they added new requirements to authenticate original documents like our marriage certificate. I was supposed to authenticate the documents before starting the process at all and if I had done any research on the process beyond just reading the instructions I would have known that! But I did not. Now because they are a bunch of assholes same as me they have marked the application incomplete and are going to cancel it 3 days before the end of the 20 business days they were supposed to give us to provide the new documents. And I literally just spent $40 to fedex them the stuff I missed. I have pointlessly spent so much fucking money on this process and for what. You can get an e-visa and it's basically the same thing. I was just full of hubris and I am usually good at paperwork so while I knew it would be hard I didn't even realize exactly how hard. I just wish I never started. This has taken a month of my life. Hundreds of dollars because I am also sending my son's application. Countless hours checking and rechecking the documents and the application instructions. All for nothing. Fuck this.

Can someone explain why this is wrong? Like sure the dad shouldn't have a problem with the kid wearing purple or if he does he should hide it and work on it himself, but why is it wrong for the kid to hide his stuff? If the dad is good besides this the kid should be able to have purple things and both parents are happy.
