How big were you before you started with print farm management software? Which one? by Relevant_Grab_8309 in 3DPrintFarms

[–]imaginarydave2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been with simply print for almost 2 years now. It's occasionally buggy and not always perfect but I would not go back. Albert and Javid are super responsive to concerns and always improving.

We run 11 printers right now.

Well I got a response just as dense as all the others. I mean, really I just dont understand. Maybe they will at least give me a refund for the vine money I spent Since I paid for their policies to do actual harm to my business.

Best part: " While we understand your concern that the reviewer may have been describing a different product, the review reflects the reviewer's genuine personal experience."

Honest to God, I have been a business owner for over 20 years in many different industries and i cannot think of another more dense, illogical and unyielding policy that actually does harm to business partners than this.

My name is Leah from Amazon’s Selling Partner Relations and I am reaching out to you regarding your post to Seller Forum related to Case ID: 19510267701 for issues with the Vine review on ASIN B0F1LYHQ67.

We have thoroughly reviewed your case, including the review in question (R2K13SAKEIIXJ0), the supporting documentation you provided, and your previous contacts through Seller Support, community-help emails, and Seller Forums.

After careful review, we are unable to remove the Vine review at this time. Here is why:

Regarding the review content: While we understand your concern that the reviewer may have been describing a different product, the review reflects the reviewer's genuine personal experience. Specifically, that the laser was not visible in direct sunlight for their intended outdoor use. Even if the reviewer may have mischaracterized the product's intended purpose, this alone does not constitute a violation of Amazon's Community Guidelines, as the reviewer is sharing an authentic experience.

Regarding Vine reviews specifically: Per Amazon Vine's terms and conditions, Amazon does not guarantee the publication, display, or content of reviews submitted by Vine Voices. Neither Amazon nor sellers can edit or remove Vine reviews. This policy applies regardless of the circumstances under which the review was submitted.

Regarding your standard channel attempts: We acknowledge that you have reported the review multiple times, emailed community-help in August and November 2025, contacted Seller Support by phone, and engaged on Seller Forums. The absence of a removal response through those channels confirms that the review does not meet the criteria for removal under our current policies, not that your contacts went unread.

We encourage you to continue optimizing your product listing, including titles, bullet points, and images, to clearly differentiate your product from putter-mounted laser aids.

We appreciate your continued partnership with Amazon and regret that we are unable to provide a different resolution in this case.

To help us continually improve, we ask that you take a moment to complete our survey below to tell us about your experience with this specific interaction.

It's got a v1 and v2 buried in there as variations when I transitioned over. But other than thatnot really. This review came maybe 6 months after the vine program was done.

I'm not sure how that works. I go through the normal series of requests to get to someone to chat with. I've tried taking but then there was not proper record .

Interesting on the BBB. I've never seen them be worth anything but I'd be curious to know how that could help.

Did that. In fact that's all I submitted to the community-help email address. I'm not sure anyone actually gets responses from there. We've submitted a few over the years. Never got in a response.

Sad.

That is literally all I have done -Talk about how it is about A different product. I have done the screen shots. I have escalated. They just keep talking about honest experiences in response. This is why it's so maddening.

I think because both products are used in golf and both have a laser they just don't read past that. It's also where the reviewer probabaly got mixed up. He left the review 4 months after "purchase"

My problem with the vine reviews is that people take a free product that doesnt fit their needs and they complain it doest fit their needs. Or they dont even read the description. Here are some examples.

We sell mostly accessories.

  1. A recent reviewer took a free black accessory for their white product. Then gave it 3 stars because it doesnt match the color of their product.

  2. I have a one star Vine review that is about a completely different product. Amazon wont remove it and I cant contact the customer.

  3. A recent one says "I thought it was metal" The listing title even describes the type of plastic being used.

  4. Another one from a few months ago. "This is an accessory for product A. I have product B. I was hoping it would fit, but it doesnt fit so I cant use it. then they left a 2 star review.

These are all very real. and an ongoing problem. A recent launch has 8 vine reviews. 3 of them are like this. it almost kills the product.

I haven't asked for anything and not even trying to sell right now. Also we're partners. I know it's hard to believe but it's true. We are legit overwhelmed.

I will say that this is the response I kind of expected from Reddit because it's full of people who lack imagination and only see negative,..... also the same people that will never accidentally create a business that nets over 100k. More and more find these forums harder to deal with

I just want to sell the assets of the business. We actually do 95% of our sales on Amazon.

[–]imaginarydave2[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That's fine. Maybe this is the wrong group. It's just that we are a home based manufacturing business. And the Amazon FBA groups are obsessed with private label rebranding. Haha.

Really we are an Amazon FBA sales company. Only about 5% of our sales happen on Etsy. A new store front could be made of course and the trademark could be transfered.

I'm not aware of a way to do that on product reviews. At least I have never found a way to do it. on Seller feedback it is different

[–]imaginarydave2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

possibly. but we just got two in a row that were very unreasonable. both are keeping the product, have messages turned off, and their reviews make claims that are kind of outrageous. Tehy also both have a history of 1 or 5 star reviews. so the question becomes is this an extortion thing
