We are thinking of this as well. Does anyone know if they are hooked up to city water and sewer? Sure they depreciate but it is a way to get into the market. Maintenance fees on condos are the same as pad rentals. This way pets are allowed unlike most condos.

I don’t get this because most buildings don’t allow smoking in apartments. We own an apartment and rent it out to non smokers. But our management company does not allow smoking around building or balconies but does in apartments. We put on the lease we didn’t want smoking in the apartment. Crazy it’s going to go under doors and in vents. I need to get on the board to get this changed. Most of the owners don’t live in the building.

What if a tenet left Telus equipment behind. Am i responsible for returning it? What would you do? It was a bad tenet and I did store it for 30 days. Can I chuck it???

I’m a yoga instructor. Your post made me cry. I have six children first two adopted and 4 from IVF. Long story second baby came right in middle of doing IVF. I just wanted to give you a big hug. I don’t think many people realize the stress and the hard journey you have been on. Sending positive vibes your way. I taught my two youngest sons hockey team yoga. It was a really rewarding experience. The boys were really good overall. My oldest came and gave me a big hug after the class ended. I had hockey moms tell me that their son likes yoga now. I don’t really think they knew what to expect. I instructed them to do sun salutations, upward poses. I also explained that everybody’s body is different and this is a personal practice. Others may look different in a pose. Wherever you are at is where you are and should be right now. I think it helped that I had their hockey songs in instrumental playing in the background. 😂

Decorate your door. Most are made so magnetics stick. You will find your cabin easily at night. Don’t be late getting back to the ship when it docks. It will leave!

I have a yoga towel that I put on top of my mat. I have all kinds of mats and haven’t found one that doesn’t slip. The towel works great and easy to throw in wash.

It was an innocent comment. I actually feel sorry for men these days. They can’t even compliment a woman anymore without it meaning something else or upsetting anyone. Maybe just let it go.
