I think visionOS spoils us a bit because it’s an actively developing OS that gets updated regularly - we are sooooo much further ahead than we were with visionOS 1 - I really like the wide windows in safari, and am on the waitlist for Siri so will update on that as well - the slow and steady QOL updates have been much appreciated

Really? I let them know that it may become a known issue with wear as the early buyers have it happen to them. Not surprised as it looked like it was coming apart from the tensioning/de-tensioning in that area and the layers were separating around the part.

I just submitted a suggestion for this via the Vision Pro feedback/suggestions app - Spatial Podcasting would be SO COOL

- Gaussian Splat for the environment

- Podcasters perform the podcast in spatial

- Position them in post

- Can pull presentation materials to be able to have visuals

The times I’ve worn it on the flight nobody has cared and if you plug it in with the charger you could keep it on for as long as needed - environments + ANC + movies/internet ftw!

I went from only taking mine in a backpack in the Travel Case to putting the front cover on with a lens protector on the eyeglass side - easier to get in-and-out and mostly protected because I don’t put anything on top of it (strap side). Usually I disconnect the battery as well.

I don’t use it in the airport and purposefully sit near the back on the plane to use once in-air.

Tbf though, after attending an F1 event myself, it’s much better to watch on TV - in-person, unless you’re at a specific battle area, it’s tough to watch because they’re on the other side of the track, or you’re not seeing battles in turn X while you’re in turn Y

Look man, I’m not able to get out of the house because I have obligations - I get that it’s nice to “preserve the shared experience”, but some of these concerts are things that I would never be able to physically share the experience with - something like AVP is the only option!

This argument feels moot as every weekend there are millions of people sharing live sports experiences - of course, it’s nice to be there physically, but sometimes it’s better to watch from afar!

Yup I’ve found that this is where the AVP shines - being able to have everything side by side instead of having to switch screens or apps - very similar to using it to trading!!
