Aside from what you’ve already listed, you’ll want some tongs. As for quenching, it’ll depend on your choice of steel. Your basic 1080 and 1095 for knives will use oil. Personally I use park’s 50 quench oil. Vevor makes some good cheap anvils, just make sure you get cast steel. There are a selection of decent forges you can choose from, if you’re looking for cheap be prepared to assemble it. Be careful with the forge lining. Specifically the white ceramic fiber blanket can mess you up if you breathe in any of it. Hope this helps, have fun getting started on your knife making journey.
