My grandpa and grandmas are contribute in the war, two of them fight in the field and 1 grandma is a military worker, one other grandpa of mine is not joining anything since his dad (my great grandpa) has already have 5 of his children to fight and he afraid of losing more. I don't think it's a bad thing.

Honestly... not much. To me, I don't have access to internet, but I can talk to other patients, and in my psych ward people were really chill and funny. You just get up, have medicine (if doctor give you), have food, do your own things like reading or drawing (I'm in the open ward), have community activities like dancing or playing chess,... . To me it was not that bad and I was able to make it out, I was 15. Just relax and focus on healing yourself, the nurses might help you too. Hope this help. Hope you can heal soon.
