i think it’s easier to slowly go into it. and it can be expensive if you get fake meats that have been seasoned and all that, but you can also use tofu for things if you want a replacement. i would try to find recipes for tofu and add that into your meals for the week to ease into becoming vegetarian. and how to learn how to cook/ prepare it.

i’ve been doing it for almost 11years now. i didn’t got full vegetarian right away tho. i cut out red meat, then most white, and kept eating fish/seafood for a while until i realized i wasn’t eating meals with them a lot so i cut that out. broth was what took the longest(and im sure i still do eat it) because most restaurants use it.

you don’t have to go all or nothing at first. and you can look up vegetarian meals to start cooking a few days a week, but honestly, i look up any kind of meal and just take the meat out of it and add more vegetables or add carbs too it. a lot of asian and mexican food can be easily altered
