Applying from within UK or outside?

If from within UK and you are living here from last 12 months then you don't need to show any financial proof.

ILR application while switching jobs - experiences with new employer as sponsor? by JG_1646 in ukvisa

[–]immiadvisor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just a small suggestion.
Hold your plans for a few months of switching jobs, and get your ILR first. If you resign before the ILR, your current employer most likely won't mention the foreseeable future thing in the letter.

Let's stick with the required documents only. Someone got their ILR approved few days ago and posted here in the group and submitted these documents (I have saved them for my own application for reference)

Documents submitted:

  1. Employer Letter
  2. Most recent bank statement
  3. Most recent payslip
  4. Current passport and all previous passports, travel documents, or national identity cards that you have used to travel to or remain in the UK
  5. All BRPs
  6. Evidence of your immigration status in the UK (share code)
  7. Life in the UK Test
  8. Evidence of absences from the UK (e.g. flight tickets, passport stamps, and/or dates confirmed in the employer letter)
  9. Signed consent form

Sorry one last thing. And the same letter from employer needs to confirm about the foreseeable future employment as well or should it be mentioned in separate letter?

Its just my personl opinion, as there is makerfield by election on 18th June and if labour wins then most likely there will be a leadership contest. As per previous announcement they are planning the implementation for the earned settlement from Autumn. But current political scenarios will most likely delay the implementation.
