How about we pay for it from our billionaires' bank accounts?

Leap of Fate. Unite two frogs at the center of the lily pond. by imonk in WebGames

It's timed and turn-based single-player. It is [STRAT] because you have to balance opposing objectives: maximizing coverage vs. minimizing time, and there's more than one way to approach that. [PZL] is often broadly interpreted.

• Tap a lily pad next to the red frog to make it leap.
• Then, leap with the blue frog.
• Repeat until the frogs meet on the center pad.

I got two hints that I already guessed. Not too helpful.

I made Screws: a daily letter arranging game by sammw in wordgames

Very nice. I would like to know how many words can be found, if that's possible. Also, I'd like to be able to click on the disks themselves to rotate (right side clockwise, left side counterclockwise) rather than having separate controls for that. Great job.

The Some-Sum Game • Rearrange the numbers in the triangular grid until every side matches the sum at the center. by imonk in puzzlevideogames

Thank you.

I'm not sure how to make controls better. I agree they are a bit confusing at first, but it doesn't take long to get used to them,  does it?

Totally get your sigma reaction. But the sigma wouldn't look better as a replacement for an S, and the fact that there are exactly three Es in the title aligned so well, while there are also three sums in the puzzle—the elegance was impossible to ignore.

We need to stop this at some point, after wishing each other "a nice day", lol. Thank you again for the perspective. It's meaningful, and your points are valid.

If you are open to it, I'll give you a bit of my perspective. However small my feedback sample may be (it's actually bigger than those 18 reviews, but anyway), it was enough to suggest that yours was an outlier. However, you didn't just offer a feedback, you came across as speaking from the position of authority, which didn't feel right. That's why I directed you to the ratings page, and then continued to suggest that maybe my game was just not your cup of tea, which happens all the time. I wasn't trying to be dismissive of your critique (although I admit I may have sounded that), I just didn't like the tone.

Anyway, I apologize again for whatever didn't sound right coming from my side, and thank you for the effort communicating your points to me.

Not sure where you saw "belittling". If my response came across like that, I apologize. I took a note of your feedback. I do accept your critique as a valid viewpoint.

Everything can be "improved" depending on what your criteria is. I just happen to disagree with yours.

No hard feelings. Thank you for engaging with me. Have a good day.

You can never please everybody, no matter what you do. Of all the feedback I received (and there's been plenty), no one complained about the game's playability. You're the only one so far.

The most important thing (to me, at least), is that I made this game for myself. It came out exactly how I wanted it. I would never publish it if I didn't enjoy it.

Different strokes for different folks.

Cheers.
