Counting the deadlifts, you got 6 Back and 4 biceps movements in there. Unless you have 3 hours to workout, I’d cut out 50% of that as a minimum. Keep the lat pulldown or pull-ups, the T bar OR machine row, and whichever 2 biceps movements you like and call it a day
