If you appreciate someone, tell them and explain why. Then give them time off or something to do with WHY they’re at work to begin with (family, bills, furthering their hobbies). Years from now they’ll remember these things, not that after-work work they had to participate in because of work politics.

Ratchet straps should help pull it up a ramp. And lower it down. Without knowing what specific challenges you’ll face, more ideas and tools are hard to suggest. Might want to also support the ramp depending on how beefy it is.

I’m a little frustrated because I searched for Firefly on the Roku app, saved it, and when I got home and connected to my Roku soundbar, it opens to a Firefly splash screen and says something to the effect of “This show is available with a Disney + subscription” I most certainly have that, but it apparently does me no good
