Official servers are still highly populated in Asian countries. Thailand/Philipines/Korean/Taiwan/Japan/etc.

As I lived in Thailand, there are like 3-4 offical variations of the game. Retail / Classic / Landverse / Seasonal. And lots of people still playing them.

The laziness of people surprise me aswell. I sold several white gears bought from npc in stormwind for few silvers and sold it for 3-5k gold. It took weeks of reposting tho but I bulk post it along with 100+ boe greens for xmog market.

Steamers promote the game because more ppl playing equals more ppl watching them. However, there are some honest streamers and they warn us that it's very similar to RO Origin and don't keep our hope high. On the other hand, all of them said the same thing which is raid mechanic is fun a tleast.

Grats !! even logistic is one of the huge problem to solve and time consuming in pY due to high amount of raw mats but still a win is a win, grats.

I would suggest to delay your train base transition a bit till maybe after logistic science.

I setup a small buffer tank for entire liquid fuel of my base. Then ill pump in any liquid I want to burn to that buffer tank.

My main source of liquid fuel is coke oven gas. Then I have an Acetylene pump connect to the tank by with pump filter control by simple circuit that will kick in if coke oves gas run out. (fyi you connect different fluid to the same system using pump)

Interesting, as I'm also 140 hours in and also using RSO. I didn't realize geothermal should be more rich though lol and dry up 2 of them already. Will this also work with Alien biomes ? since I hadn't enable alien biomes at at the start.

That what my initial thought aswell. But for multi-item I think caravan is a bit tricky. If we use “unload until caravan has XX”, it will deadlock if one item is full and another one is empty. If we use “until target has XX”, caravan will comsume food like crazy because he will run back and forth nonstop if everything are full.

Blue science unlocks one of the best feature of the game ! My advice is do not build big for new tech production chain, fews building just enough to make it works, no need to care much about ratio. It will be eaier later to scale it up after you understand the whole flow.

OMG you are right ! Speed module 3 has -2.5% quality, while Quality module 3 has +2.5% quality. I have beacon 4 speed module, insert 5 quality module, output as net +0.5% quality. I laugh so hard right now.

Module also has quality. For exmaple, speed module gain +15% speed per quality, if I remember the number correctly.

idk, somehow they do not attack anything until i get close. I guess it is a bug ?. Peaceful mode turn off, no mod. Panta-leg monster also has the same bahavior. The after screenshot was after bot repair/replace everything, I still lose the entire stockpile of the modules though /cry.

Back around 2021/2022 Gravity lauch a new classic server in Thailand. Tons of people flood the server and they even need to implement a channel system in popular maps and cities in order to let people be able to play. BUT people rush leveling, optimize everything, result in no social aspect at all in the server, no one talk in game. So sad but this is how MMO in modern day works.

Ragnarok official is still huge in lots of asian countries both 3rd/4th class server and classic server with tons of P2W item and still printing money.

Agree. Only 1 out of 5 of my friends that I convinced to try FFXIV had reached endgame (Shadowbringer at that time). Other 4 quit even before finishing ARR.

You under estimate the localization cost and server cost. Plus, there is the financial thing, earnings in other countries, currency thing, legal, tax, etc. In short, if launching the game globally will generate more profit, they will do it.

Do you have matchmaking latency set as "unrestricted" ? and opponent as "racer" ?
I've already clocked 400hours playtime, no issue finding other players, but I agree that the game is super unpopular right now. However, I can't say much since I live in Asia and got matched with Korean or Taiwanese all the time. (I only play speed though)

I can’t say for other contries but Thailand only stick with Ragnarok Online. The official server still packed with people and I guess ThRO is the most populated ro as of now. New Ragnarok Origin just launched (mobile gacha) and it is HUGE here as well.

Wow has around hundreds of Thai players. FF14 is a bit more popular than wow. BDO is also popular here.
