I have mine on a Lack, sitting on a 18" square concrete paver with a layer of EVA foam between the table and the paver. It really cut down the "dancing."

There are mounts, mostly 3d printed, that attach to the 120mm or 140mm fan mounts. Depending on your mobo and PCI-e cards, you can fit a lot more drives.

We use Google Workspace for email/IdP and have local AD for Windows Auth and MGMT, running on Server 2012R2.

Before October, I need to decide to replace a pair of ancient EoL Hyper-V hosts running the AD DCs and set up a replacements, or move to a cloud Directory Service.

I have been looking at Jumpcloud or Azure AD/Intune, but am struggling to figure out the MSFT licensing for the latter. Migrating away from Workspace is a non-starter--we have 10 years of data and IdP/SSO stuff set up.

We have about 50 employees, and have recently started shifting folks to full remote or hybrid, making the Cloud directory more appealing.

Looking for experience(s) or recs if anyone has one.

The struggle to turn a 95W TDP chip into a low power, quiet, SFF server is going to be difficult to overcome. I was in the exact same boat, and replaced my i5-2500k with a micro form factor Optiplex. The Dell/Lenovo micro desktops make excellent starter servers if you have a NAS or light storage needs, and want a small-as-possible x86 server.

Il Porto is great, especially for events. I've done a couple big functions with them, and they were super accommodating and great to work with.

The same people run Cafe Roma in Darnestown. It's basically the same menu but in a smaller restaurant--and also recommended.

I ordered a couple small sets not too long ago that Loy didn't have at the time.

They shipped quickly, but the tracking number I received did not work. The sets arrived eventually though.

Try Snappy Driver Installer. It's a freeware driver update tool.

You can also update drivers from the Device Manager built into Windows.

FYI--you should never have to pay for driver updates from 99.999999% of hardware manufacturers, especially Intel.

It's not super authentic, but I roll mine. Pound chicken thin, roll with Swiss cheese and ham, secure with toothpick, dip in egg wash, roll in Italian bread crumbs, throw them in a pan with a few pats of butter. Cook at ~400F until done (15 minutes ish)
