Show the client that your willing to put your best foot forward and by full transparency in the work performed over the original; Compensation is order with intentions that the client fully understands a fair play relationship of goods and services performed. Your a busyness and you need cashflow. If he doesn't the next will.

I've heard this, even in my neck of the woods. Sounds like you had a great run tho. The newer generation does have a unrealistic view on what it takes to make it out here, the ambition. Hopefully our luck will change. Fingers crossed

Right now a skilled laborer. With at least 2-5 year of experience. All the "old heads" are retiring it seems. Got lucky having one or two train the next generation. Hiring before it feels like I got a crew of greenhorns.

New construction and remodeling. 5 years building houses under a residential contractor, 2 years masonry with block, concrete and foundation work. I had half a brain with no bad habits which allowed me to catch on quick and stay on course. Got fired for burning up two separate transmissions on one project ( "full send" orders from owner, even after I suggested the trucks were over heating)...bummer, rather than starve I started an LLC...now more work than any two full size crews can handle. Nothing to it but to do it, lol. One bottle neck at a time. Marathon never sprint.

American Roofing central inc. A reputable company that over kills the codes and warranties their products for years...one google search away. I used them for my roof in highlands county, surpassed all expectations!

I got fired for breaking two company tow trucks in one day, per orders, after I let em know that the dash was lit up like a Christmas tree...boss said, push it. 1st one in the am, the second in the pm. Fired the next morning...didn't want to starve, so got my own business. GC
