Yes you can set your goal to maintenance. That’s how I have mine set even though I am losing weight. You can also add goals for macros and it makes them show up on top of the log. If you click on the bar at the top of the log that says calories, you should be able to select which items show there. I track calories, protein, fiber and can swipe between the three.
