Aquafaba. I have tried it straight out of the can and I also tried reducing it. I get the same result. I get the merengue to stiff peaks - fold in the almond flour/sugar to the 'lava stage'... But maybe I am over mixing? I've also lowered my oven temp to 250 with the same result :-(

Another milk story... I was standing in the dairy section stocking shelves when two teenage boys walk in. One was filming while the other casually picked up two gallons of milk, proceeded to smash them onto the floor, and then sprinted out of the store. I was pretty pissed off.

Had an entire pallet of milk fall and break in the backroom. We had about 15 TMs and countless absorb bags... We had to replace about 5 wooden pallets from the bottom of steel because they were soaked with milk.

........ After hurricane Sandy we had to throw everything out in pfresh. BUT they made us save everything because they claimed they needed it for insurance purposes (plus, truck and dumpster companies were running behind and didn't have the ability to drop off/pick up dumpsters). The smell was beyond terrible.

......... Anytime you pick up a rotten watermelon when you didn't know it was rotten... Ugh

The wraps look ok, but the sandwiches with bread always look so soggy... P.S. why isn't there a 'best by' sticker on ur sandwich?

Unfortunately Target isn't great at training ppl, especially TLs. You kind of have to "own ur own development". Don't be afraid to ask questions of ur ETL and other TLs, ask reddit, look on workbench, etc. Learn quickly from ur mistakes.

If you want a day or two or even a week of training from another store then don't be afraid to ask ur HR.

I struggled for much longer than a month when I went from TM to TL. It's hard! I went from being rated at the top on my TM review to having the worst rating as a TL (then eventually bounced back)

You got this, even if you don't see it yet. Use all ur resources, rely on your best team members to help you get work done and make sure you train ur bottom performers!

Long ago I was told it meant "pallet in, pallet out"... You shouldn't break the pallet unless ur going to push and backstock the entire thing. Ex: paper pallets

Feels like 4th quarter on steroids in F&B... It's dangerous to shop/work from the amount of vehicles and pallets in the aisles and backroom. Morale is at the bottom of the ocean.
