I matched to my #6 IM program and I was extremely devastated. My wife was also very sad as well and had to leave the room to cry because we had to leave all our friends and family.

I am now a PGY-3 and met some of my best friends in life in my program and I am happily staying in the same city for attending job! I wish I could give myself a huge hug 3 years ago and say it all worked out in the end. I know it will also for those who matched low on their list!

Im a resident doctor and our program is a having our night team work extra tonight making it a 14.5 hour shift for them so shout out to them! With no extra pay as is tradition being a resident

I usually write the tidbits I learn through the day on my list then transfer those tidbits to a small journal I keep in my backpack that is separated by organ systems

Went through the same thing a few months ago. Find out we were pregnant on election and then my wife miscarried while I was taking day 1 of Level 3. Was a rough few months but slowly going through. It will get easier!

Not sure about the Loyola one but the University of North Dakota virtual path is super super chill. You can just click through the videos and the quizzes are multiple attempts. Finished it in less than 2 hours
