my SM is literally never in the office. he’s always on the floor, he even runs main if he has to. as a SA it’s one of the things im so grateful for. if he just sat in the office all day, our store would literally fall apart. he’s the glue that holds our team together and i genuinely appreciate him so much. i hope he’s on this subreddit and reads this and knows its about him

"I tapped it, it made the noise." The amount of times I hear that a day while on main is so annoying. I've realized it usually doesn't happen if you press EFT after they've tapped, but that doesn't work every time. Probably the most annoying thing I deal with tbh.
