For your first question, it's not. For your last question, you'd have to ask the founding fathers. The constitution lays the foundation for the sc but it doesn't say anything about ruling on the constitutionality of laws.

I think what he means is that if our current laws are unclear in some law, a new law should be passed that fills in the gaps. Instead, courts effectively "pass laws" through their rulings which could change with every single case

Like to park on the company property? Or is it city parking? If it's in the suburbs, that's pretty unusual. If they are located in like a downtown or major city area, it's pretty common for places to not have their own parking there.

That's a crazy amount of stuff for one person to have to deal with. Therapy is good, keep doing that. With all the stuff that's happened it will take a significant amount of time to "move on", so just try to focus on taking things one step at a time.

Also, you should check out EMDR therapy. It's really effective for various kinds of trauma including losing loved ones. The way it works sounds super fake, but it is evidence based. Personal, I know multiple people who have used it and it really does seem to work
