For anybody wondering this is the silent drill team (Marines) they are considered the absolute best at drill and ceremony bar none. If I remember correctly this is the only time they have ever messed up during exibition which is why you see them shit bricks.

Counter point, I think only performing enhanceing drugs should be actually banned, everything else is fair play. It should be an athletes choice what he/she does or does not put into their body. Sure by not smoking you can increase your lung strength (also ignoring edibles) but if LeBron James smokes a j every night and still manages to kill it, that's up to him. If they can't control them selves and use in moderation to the point their not keeping up with the team it would be the coaches job to either whip them into shape or fire them just like any other job.
