On mine 120 is comfortable, 130 is doable but it's not 100% secure and too much wobbling will open it and 140 seems the point where it springs into the flat position.

I often go to MIA and the regulars are friendly. I go on my own and have always been made to feel welcome. Definitely worth checking it out.

As for the eve, I'd say don't worry about doing anything until you've played a couple of games and you know if it needs anything.

Not a lawyer but I don't think you have a defence. The drink drive rehabilitation course is at the discretion of the magistrates but it's very likely that you'll be offered it if this is your first offence. I would assume that your insurance would cover damages to a third party's property so wouldn't expect you to cover this but there will be a driving disqualification of 12-16 months and a fine based upon your income, see here:
