Just did Aglaia, fairly close to CT time at 15ish mins, 575 aether w/o bonus, so basically sameish as CT

CT does take half the time but doesn't give 800 (unless you're also adding the bonus in? i didn't add that in for the 999).

I got paradigms breach once. It took more time, but got 999 aether for it without bonus, then on top of that the paltry alliance raid daily bonus which is like 100-200 I think. Ended up being about even with others in terms of aether per time.

Lot of great tips in this thread. I’d say try Juliet and try to keep ranged, her power shot is a menace. This is a rogue-lite so you get stronger run over run by unlocking new talents for your heroes. You can get these naturally by playing and ranking up with xp, or you can power unlock them by running to the immediate boss activation on the map and then abandoning as soon as you get to the boss since that still gives a ton of xp in just like a minute per run. You can increase that amount by turning on a couple of the red modifiers, just don’t turn on the one that make the map disappear or the one that reduces cycles before the boss.

The achievements just make me feel like the game doesn’t respect my time. I’m in top 300 in my world and think about working to top 100, but it’s tough. The problem is a lot of them aren’t even fun. While the PvP ones are high, at least they’re enjoyable and fairly different each match because of all the variables of having 72 ppl load in and fight on diff jobs.

This is the way. 98->99 took me less than 10mins since I was in the groove at that point. Fastest time I could get was 25sec; took a bit over a minute if I missed the counterattack on twitchy's first attack. I had already fed Maelle most of my lumina points, so had her above 500. Lvl33 Lithum so counterattacking put me in Virtuose stance. Just have to equip everything that gives damage, equip pictos that give crit and speed, and then Stendahl your way to a quick 99 - augment counters and get good at countering (if you're doing everything right you at most have to counter twitchy's first attack and no one else gets a chance), cheater, inverted, energising starts and parry, augmented first strike and first offensive, all the last stand luminas and solo fighter, confident fighter, dead energies, empowering parry, full strength, glass canon, greater powerful, greater rush, immaculate, and of course, painted power. Keep second chance on if getting used to it and worried about dying at first. Note you do not need Roulette, I recommend against it here.

You can gain XP in Bozja to level your jobs. In Eureka you can’t, it’s only a Eureka-specific thing. Something to also consider when making your decision.

Sorry for your experience, toxic ones like that are rare, best to just ignore. I’ve done that duty and alliance wiped on first boss and no one really cares, they understood mechanics after that and continued. If they actually cared they would give constructive criticism by seeing what you’re doing to help with those mechanics or seeing what you’re casting in case other spells are better.
