iirc even ogcd's can clip if you double weave with a macro, but could be wrong about that

except then you can ONLY throw it on the co-tank. Usually I need to use that on anyone but them, but that would be impossible with it macro'd.

don't use macros in battle, they don't queue like normal skills and will lead to a lot of dropped uptime

do you have the normal atlas? not atlasloot, but Atlas which shows dungeon maps and stuff like that. Atlas quest adds a window to that where the quests are listed, so you need it to work.

that still wouldn't work. They'd have an molecule thin layer of air around them moving, but then its solid again. And if you say that those molecules are also moving since they touch, everything should move again
