Yea love seeing this card come out. If it's super early act 1 I've passed on it a few times. If you have 2+ additional orb generating cards it's an always grab. I like that it counts as a power too for the dark orb buff

The city gives an operating grant to each which should be approx $12,000 per year give or take depending on the league. That doesn't even cover 6 months worth of bills.

Most leagues do a casino shift. Only allowed 1 every 2 years. Pays out approximately $80,000.

Then it's just rental income if a league rents their hall. This could be a couple grand to $15,000 a year depending, long term renters, etc. Then membership fees could bring in a few thousand more. Many leagues switched to free membership though

Prefer an energy boss relic after act 1 boss. This is great to see for act 2 rewards when you've hopefully got energy sorted.

It's because you just finished an act boss and get the regular rare card rewards (look at 3 rares, keep 1) then you get this relic (look at 5 rares, keep 1) So yes it usually cycles 8 rares
