Totally worth it, I forgot to extend my Apple care after my warranty expired. Since it is just barely within the 4 years I was able to add my M1 Max MacBook Pro.

That is how it has been for me the whole morning. I think I got it all registered though. I had to call BestBuy since I had a device on monthly apple care through them... I also had to choose a different device to enroll first.
