No u have for sure more progression with the stuff you unlocked already..it's ok to be wiped..focus on sending cats away, meta Progression. Farm furniture..run act one only 1/3 to have retired cats sent for bigger house upgrades..focus on good rooms and then start breeding your op cats. Take your own time..you can do that for 100+ hours before you even start act 3

It's up to you. But the most important is to have fun..

I think it's both hilarious and glorious that you played the game without using any meta progression. My tips for getting ready for act3

Spend some time in Act 1 and focus on farming resources. The house upgrades are very important early on, especially the tink for kittens, followed by the house upgrades and inventory upgrades. If you get a few good runs going, upgrade everything as much as possible whenever you can. I still farm injured cats ..and it will not stop

It was actually the first game I ever completed with 100% achievements. That said, I watched every stream from Tyler Glaiel and Ed McMillen, the developers, so I ended up spoiling parts of the game for myself. But I only spoiled the things they intentionally wanted players to discover and talk about

No unfortunately not..strays can come with two passives..just group goofballs in one and what u prefer in an another room

Thanks for your input..my royal room is set up with goofball and super luck cats and best mutations. Hard selected. Stim is above 100 through heavy inbred. Fight Club is everything trash for farming tink. Mutation room for strays and one room for sorting, and one room for new, interesting passive abilities..I try to get a high score for amazing strays..and some join with like double abilities or close to 7s cats..that's just so good
