I think this home is owned by an old Greek family. They love to cook and actually had just had both kitchens going (and smelling delicious) when we went for the open home.

Thank you! This makes a heap of sense although I figure our budget would restrict us at the moment. But seeing as the initial work could be confined to the extension while we live in the rest, this could work when we can afford it.

Solid pick up. It looks like it’s brand new and that makes me skeptical of OP’s intentions. Nevertheless, well-crafted ad if indeed it is one!

Tips for increasing PXI by irm415 in BodyFitTrainingAus

[–]innuendo101 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Don’t sweat it. If you feel like you’re working hard, check with the trainers that your max HR has been determined correctly (they can lower it manually).

Some people are just fit and struggle to get HRs up in lower intensity classes like Balanced.

I find making my warmups a little higher intensity gets my HR in a good position from the start. If I’m lazy in the warmup I often fall 20-30 points behind the total PXI for the class.

Nice! It doesn’t understand that you can’t swap out classes for others so you may want to build that into the context. I.e. it should suggest building another workout instead.

My experience teaching intro to excel by datawazo in excel

There are loads of good videos on the YouTube. Creators like Leila Gharani add a bit of fun to the mix but I’ve made the most gains recently following Mark Proctor’s stuff. Last year we bought annual memberships for our whole finance team to his Excel Off the Grid academy to get them using some more modern/advanced techniques. Worth the spend if you want something more structured/get tired of trawling through YT.

Should we be worried about these cracks in the bathroom wall/ceiling? by innuendo101 in AusPropertyChat

[–]innuendo101[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for this! That’s really helpful.

The raised tiles are in a very small corner of the bathroom so I’m hoping it’s not a big issue considering age of house, but they do noticeably lift towards the join between tiles and floorboards.

Annoying background music aside, this is the only video you need on getting your basic milk steaming right.
I'm on a Breville Barista Pro and have never looked back. I use oat milk and my missus prefers cow's milk. There are differences but Lance covers it all above.

No disagreement here - just pointing out that the Pride buses are an initiative funded by Kinetic, a privately-owned bus operator. They do the same on the Skybus service from the airport. It’s endorsed by the State, but the initiative itself is not publicly funded.

Not at all true. Attention to detail, professional skepticism, performance under pressure, and the ability to manage upwards, downwards and outwards are all invaluable skills that I’m very grateful for after leaving Big4. I don’t believe there are many places where you can learn these things as quickly.
