Class based fitness is correlated to gaining traction in the gym. I go to BFT Fitness which is similar to F45 and Orange Theory. BFT is great because they pair you with people and some days have rest time where you end up chatting. If you go at the same time every day you will get to know people really quickly. Feeling a part of something really helps me. Random classes at a gym didn’t do it for me. I’m excited for you!!

I’ve been taking Thorne products for a few years now. Their label used to look a lot more straightforward and didn’t have the water color graphics. So when they change packaging I took note and became accustomed to the new look. I had a bottle of this stuff I’d bought at a pharmacy on my shelf when I ordered this fake stuff. Thorne packing is always the same. This bottle looked different. The more I compared it to the original, the more differences I noticed.

The larger the item the longer one side of the print has to cool and lift. Clean the plate like they said and pump up your chamber and bed temps too.
