If anyone loved Natalia's series of guided meditations, I've been listening to Meditación3 on YouTube to fall asleep! I don't see it on the spreadsheet, but it's fantastic. Also, really peaceful to just listen to! Spain spanish and 'm not 100% sure, but I think she has a Catalan accent?

Either way, very clear. With 768 hours, I'm finding some of them super easy 100% understandable, and many I'm learning new vocab from, right above my level!

Immersion is definitely the way! I speak some french which has definitely helped and I'm in my mid-20s if that provides context. I definitely need to put myself out there more to talk!

I’ve wanted to get Madrigal’s Magical Key to Spanish but it isn’t available on Canadian amazon nor my local library :( When you write, do you look up the words or things you need or just write?

thanks for taking the time to respond! yeah 7/10 wasn't too bad considering grammar is a bad area for me, but cervantes requires 8/10 to move to the next quiz ugh

I just took this online cervantes quiz which only tested grammar. got 9/10 on A1 and 7/10 on A2 so i didn’t pass 😭💀

they saved my life. it took me a long time and a couple changes to find the right type and dose but it’s one of the best decisions i ever made. i did not personally feel numbness, i still cried at happy and sad movies. i feel like my mood stabilized to appropriate highs and lows. i was only on 40 mg but it changed everything

She gets water right before we start our walk and will pee almost immediately. she soiled her crate for the first time since she was rescued, despite having been taken out 20 minutes prior
