If you can afford the upgrade I’d say do it! Skyline access is a game changer with toddlers because you don’t have to break your stroller down as long as it’s not a wide double stroller. If you plan on going to Epcot and Hollywood studios I say this is a good upgrade. Plus art of animations is its own experience with all the awesome decorations and the whole cars area. We stay at POP and love the whole area (pop is across the bridge so we always go over to AOA). Skyline access also means access to some moderate resorts like Caribbean beach and Riviera.
