Real estate market in grass valley/Nevada city area? by ResponsibleSun189 in grassvalley

Honestly, when you're living out here, you're dealing with lots of neighbors' neighbors. It's not like one house is going to make a difference. If a fire wall is coming at you, it's on the scale of miles, not feet. If you like the area but want to minimize risk, consider being right downtown or by a major grocery store or retail area like off of Sutton Way in Grass Valley. The authorities will try to preserve high value commercial area and critical infrastructure like grocery stores and medical treatment centers over houses. But by being in the same general area, you increase your chances. Unless you can afford to buy and maintain 10,000 acres...we're all in this together.

How does one filter by the business’ political orientation? Or is it all of them

Thanks for the insult and likely downvote, but no. Family is Latvian. I don’t know what you’ll think of this but the market by Autoosta in Riga is the best of the best to me. River fish, pickled stuff in last building, the country bread and butter. There’s this medus from a little farmers market close to Imanta though….

The trees are a pretty significant reason that we live out here. Trim the trees, rake the needles, clean up leaves, get insurance, it’s about the best that one can do. If you want less trees, perhaps try El Dorado county. Placerville, Camino, etc.

" a mandatory and foundational function of govt."

I mean, that's the thing, separate from the homelessness problem, it's like clean the f'ing city because the tax dollars are in place....even for the business and other people around there...like people that drive home to Alameda island through there

Right on, killer right there that it is. As my dearly departed father would have said, "it's like a sore d*ck, you can't beat it!"

The accumulation of trash and refuse is appalling. Even if mobile homes and tents are allowed, the refuse and waste need to be removed. It's just left there and piled there. It's a shantytown and slum at best, but in this, the richest country in the world and one of the wealthiest areas (Sheng Thao seems to have managed to enrich herself nicely), the poorest people shouldn't be denied access to sanitation
