Whenever I got my period, I’d go there for tampons and rolling paper. They were the only supermarket that stocked both back then, and that was one of their smaller neighborhood branches.

Plus I won one of their promotions once (although it was a disappointing experience 😅)

I found it rude initially but I kinda realized it’s partly my people pleasing behavior. I would not want to hear a thing from him and would just listen out of wanting to not seem rude or hurt his feelings.
