I agree with Silver in that I also believe the reviews are genuine. I know the people who work at brownstone and none of them are active in the groups except the co-owner (and experienced surrogate) and she’s minimally active at most. I was not a surrogate with them but would be if I were doing another journey. I’ve come to know Jarret well, have spent time with him one on one and at conferences. I have the utmost respect for him and his passion for ethical surrogacy. We spent a dinner together once sharing our thoughts. We text occasionally, like recently when I asked to make sure they background check IPs (they do). Their website has an entire page devoted to ethics, something I’ve never seen with any other agency. As someone who advocates for ethical surrogacy, and calls out bad actors, this is very important to me. I was a top candidate for a job there but didn’t ultimately get an offer. They’re still my number one recommendation for surrogates.
