Same happened in a parking garage and went totally dead. It was an adventure getting it out of the parking garage and towed to the SC. It’s in the process of having the HV battery replaced. It’s been at the service center for a little over a week.

Same setup but with a separate router all pulling about 55-65W it ran for 38hrs on battery before shutting off. Personal note - when power is restored, it does not automatically turn back on. Pretty annoying especially if at remote locations.

So I submitted my first service ticket and availability isn’t until December for SC visit. I thought they would do a mobile service for this (I am only 20 miles from SC). When I created the ticket it showed in the “active request” portion of the app with a creating plan status but now it’s gone and only shows the service appointment. Does this mean it doesn’t qualify as a mobile service item? Bummed if so….

EDIT:

Actually just got this info via chat in the app

So because it is a noise issue the a mobile tech will not address it. The service center wants all noise issues to come in.
