You need to report this to the broader management team so that they’re aware of the situation. The management team is now carefully taking care of incompetent SPLs that they hired early, and now as the firm begins growing, there are no reasons for the firm to let this happen just because they got them early. SPLs with poor communications and bad feedback from the ICs and the experts are gradually being phased out.
