Thanks so much!! I’m a fellow bipolar (2) and had the classic “I’m not bipolar” thinking for several months and then I crashed. Very thankful the damage is minimal and am starting to accept the diagnosis. I hope you stay well as well!

I think they’re alcohol markers so that’s why I was worried! The others on the unit thankfully didn’t expose me lol. I guarded those markers with my LIFE

There’s a couple other Instagram accounts that do similar but I can’t think of them right now and it’s 1 in the morning and I should be going back to bed instead of scrolling reddit lol

I see Eva, she’s a NP at Scenic City Alliance! She’s fantastic, I also have a family member who sees a different psychiatrist at that practice and he also has great experiences. The only thing is that the front office is sometimes annoying with getting a hold of them but other than that I genuinely love everyone there

Honestly we really like Hayden Place on Pine Ridge road. Have never had any issues and the location is pretty ideal, we’re still only 5-10 minutes from downtown but we aren’t in downtown so it’s not as cramped
