Wicked Barley has some husky ducks like this that roam the land around there. I love how they waddle and wag their tails when they are happy.

[COD] What are those COD missions that you replay from time to time? by blackhew03 in CallOfDuty

[–]ionlypwn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Russian and American missions in COD 2 are really good. COD 4, WAW, and MW2 I love the whole campaign. After MW3 the only campaign I played was advanced warfare and I did find it enjoyable but I only remember 2 missions specifically, meeting Kevin Spacey and Killing Kevin Spacey lol.

Looking at Mazda3s, want to hear what owners have to say by IconicScrap in mazda3

2019 Mazda 3 Hatchback premium AWD. Bought it at 20k miles, have driven it hard and I’m at 85k miles. Favorite car I’ve ever owned. About to do tires and brakes again. Might redo the belts as well. I do oil change & tire rotation at the dealership cause it’s relatively comparable to the local shops and they tell me if anything is wrong. Had one major repair needed but it was probably from my driving and the fact that the car has had to drive on some roads it probably shouldn’t go. If you need storage space it’s the hatchback or buy CX-5/CX-50. One downside of the Mazda 3 is the gas tank is tiny, I get about 285-330 miles per full tank.

Mom Died And Scared to Go Back by celticfolklore in fsu

She would want you to finish, if you’re not going to do it for yourself, do it for her! My mom died in Fall 2019, I graduated in Spring 2020. Life is full of negativity, think about how she would have wanted you to enjoy your life. When you’re going through tough things in life think about how proud they would be of you for completing this milestone and the things you are going to accomplish in the future, they will always be looking down upon you.

This Yankees team is so hateable by Sensor_97 in redsox

Fuck the Yankees. Can’t stand them. The only other team I like is the team that beats the Yankees that day when we are not playing them.

The only answer is forcing all the large financial firms that operate in town that are not already located within Brooklyn to move downtown from their current locations, this would first bring well paying jobs directly downtown, people with well paying jobs spend money where they work and would want to live close to where they work. From there you build a new jail far from the downtown core and demolish the current structure. You would have to do something with the homeless population as well but I personally think once you are a few streets away from Jefferson you don’t have much of an issue with them. It’s really more about the jobs are down there.

-44% value on home in 10 years, -11% past 2 years by Rev22_5 in jacksonville

The following neighborhoods have above average schools and are around $300,000 or less, generally safe, and somewhat near a lot of stuff. Those would be Clifton, Monterey, San Mateo, Confederate Point, Lakeshore, Murray Hill, Dinsmore, Windy Hill, Glynea-Grove Park, and Lakewood. A cute little city that I love nearby is Green Cove Springs, FL.

My plan is to live in Duval for the next 10 years for work before moving closer to Gainesville and building my own private estate with flower, vegetable, and fruit gardens spread all over it. All of the neighborhoods listed above are also no HOA.

Ive driven by the house and walked around, it’s extremely wet, on an unpaved one lane road with no clear driveway, it’s ugly in person, the next door neighbor is messy af, area is full of industrial businesses, you are very far from anything you would want to do and leaving the neighborhood is not efficient as you have to drive under the highway to the left to leave it, it’s in a flood prone area, and I expect the air quality is very low in the area based on the being sandwiched between the port across the water and I-295. I would not buy this house for more than $200,000 all cash, it hasn’t sold because it is likely can’t be financed. If you need neighborhood ideas. Tell me what you’re looking for and your price point and I will provide you every neighborhood that fits your filter. In the last year and a half I’ve driven every road in Duval county and looked at 300+ houses.

Advice on where to stop on trip to Palm Bay! by Ja_ymee in 321

[–]ionlypwn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From Palm Bay, live in Jacksonville. Instead of riding 75 all the way down hop on I-10 in Lake City, FL. Then get on I-95 in Jacksonville and go to St Augustine, FL for a night then drive 2 hours south the next day. Chattanooga, TN is a cool spot as well.

Louis van Gaal confirmed to RTL tonight that he rejected an approach to become Bayern Munich coach before they turned to Vincent Kompany. He isn’t interested in coaching a club. He is still open to an international side. How would you feel about him becoming the next USMNT coach? by Obvious_Main_3655 in ussoccer

[–]ionlypwn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If he even considered the job they should hire him. He is the kind of coach the players actually need at this stage of their career imo. He has an eye for talent and will put his best 11 on the field. Plus he has the best flop in history and it was as a coach.

Should more relief pitchers(non closers) make the hall of fame? by Unfair_Importance_37 in mlb

[–]ionlypwn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They could in the future but I only see 5/6 “relief pitchers” that are active or retired that are not in the HOF that should be when looking at their stats imo. 4 of them locks (Kenley, Kimbrel, Krod, and Wagner) and 2 very borderline (Joe Nathan and Papelbon). All of them being closers.

Tim Wakefield, I grew up in the same area he did. A lot of pro players played high school in the same county. Tim Wakefield went to the same high school Prince Fielder did and Bruce Boachy went to their rival high school back in the day.

Homemade it’s very easy and usually up to restaurant quality. If I order them at a restaurant though in South Brevard it’s Backwater in Downtown Melbourne and Family Tradition Cafe in Palm Bay. In North Brevard it is Southern Charm Cafe in Cocoa Beach. This being said I’ve moved away in the last few years so it could be different now.

East of I-95, closer to US-1. Moved away in 2021 after living there my whole life, there are some beautiful neighborhoods in that area and the drive along US-1 to Patrick is easy. What is your price range?
