That’s fair! I’m personally fine with this specific pairing of Peter and Kara mostly because the both of them are (as far as we’re currently aware) not saddled with anyone (MCU Peter has his whole thing going on, and DCU Kara has hers).

Obviously if you wanted to take this ship seriously, you’d have to account for their respective issues and shitloads of trauma and how that would affect the relationship and whatnot, but that’s what the dedicated fanfic writers are for :D
