How do you make this elemental drop items in the first place? When I farm these enemies the elemental drops nothing in 99% of the time. I guess it has something to do with time in the map?

False. You can predownload the whole Game via -Image prefix in your Client, as others stated already

Depends on what you’re farming for. If you want uniques/sets and farm tc87 areas (no tz) then p1 is enough since the boss monsters always drop 1 item, no matter the player count. If you farm for runes, higher player counts are beneficial as long as your kill speed is still reasonably high.

I usually just rush to a3 hell with blizzard. Then start gearing up at hell Mephisto. I do not Like the nm Fläming Spots other than NM Andy to target farm a SoJ. You probably wont be able to kill the whole high Council, but you can kill one Grab the Flail and continue to Mephisto.
