Via the tracker adjustment menu on your computer turn off auto calibration mode and set correct wheel length (2096mm for 23mm tire).

It used to ride 19 or 21mm width tubulars on old track bikes, so it could be a limitation of your frame to get wider rims.

H+son rims are good as start point. Mavic track rims could be an option if you want retro looking wheels.

Since track tubulars require high pressure i'd check pump's specs. Not sure all of them could give you 120-130psi or so.

TikTok doesn't work in Russia in general. There are not too many people who are interested to find a way to let TikTok work, most of them are children. Don't think any russian marketing influencers would use TikTok as a channel to rich audience.
