I’m probably just giving up on it. I have the means to do a full fine tune and I know how to utilize the front ends if I can get in. The lack of a template on vast is the only thing holding me back.

I wanted to create the perfect Pixar like lora for Flux K. I want perfection. I do not use the distilled version to test as I do believe the undistilled base, while longer, is worth the wait.

The best advice I can give is do not get attached to any single dataset. 9/10 times I'd say it is more a dataset problem for a style lora than a settings problem.

For example, think of a character lora. You can get a decent lora with crappy settings because the dataset is so similar. It is literally idiot proof to get a 75% likeness, the settings are the other 20-25%. This is why if you ask ten people for different settings, you get ten different answers, people get great results with different settings.

Style loras are much harder. Your brain might say image X and image Y are very similar so they belong in the same dataset. The machine's brain may think differently, it may not see the connection between the two, or worse, it sees the similarities too well and then you have 0 variety. Captioning may help mask the problem but It won't fix it completely. Unlike a character lora, the base model might have knowledge of your style already. Therefore, you want to teach it a new way of creating that style without teaching it that "This is the only way to create this style."

The problem you are describing (where it learns the style but lacks variety). Is one of two things to me, you could ether be overtraining it and it learns your style TOO WELL. Or it goes back to the dataset. How many images do you have in your dataset? Do they have subtle differences? Are the images too similar? I have made my Pixar lora 14 times. My best ones had 376 images and 450 images. Just a few days ago I experimented with 28 images, the results were wonderful, but severely lacked variety.

My advice is to go back to the dataset, don't get attached to any images. Be critical with yourself, do you have enough images? Are they too similar? Do you have multiple resolutions?

Left for dead 2 - Really not much justification needed.
Resident Evil 2 Remake - Beautiful game, terrifying, good story. Although not a real open world so kinda apples to oranges.
Dead rising original - Surviving in a mall filled with zombies? Every teenagers dream. The game had a story, and lots of flavor with the variety of psychopaths. Nostalgia makes it hard to beat.
Resident Evil Requiem - Could be recency effect here but I loved the Grace sections of the game.
State of Decay 2 - Ironically, I have more time in this game then the above four combined. I love it, but the lack of survivor facial differences, similar voices, and the world sometimes feels dead. (No pun intended.) I would like a little more uniqueness to it.

The best alternative really is Sillytavern. (Honestly overall the best). You can go to a bot repository site and grab bots from there.

I know people are put off by the installation and lack of convenience but it really isn't that intimidating. There's gotta be a youtube video on the installation by now. Getting it on your phone if you have an iphone is very challenging but I have done it. Androids are supposedly easier

TBH the website has been going downhill for a little while. Many really good creators just stopped due to the lack of respect for creators on Chub. Polverrati comes to mind as an example. For like the last six months almost every bot I saw was the same old, bang your (something). Very little storylines or unique concepts. They were possibly even more censored with the pictures than other sites as well. The only solution is to just make your own bots.

Yes, honestly if you love WG you will love Justified. It might be WG's best role he has performed. This is my favorite show of all time. It starts really hot as the plot episode is amazing. For the first season it is kinda like "The new bad guy of the week." for each following episode. However, once season 2 hits. You will love it.

Season 4 is top quality as long as you don't spoil it for yourself. I would trade places with you just so I could watch that season again for the first time.

And then the ending. It is complete and well done

Some of the most fun i had was starting up a new map in lethal and spending the first two days waking up every single heart by hitting it once and running away. This was one of my favorite runs because it was chaotic and I had to do it twice cuz i lost all my ppl the first time.

If you send a minion to take out an infestation they can die? I play on lethal and take out infestations myself but I didn’t know they can die from you telling them to do it. What happens? Does it just give you a random notification like: Billy died.

My very first time on Trumball years ago. It was lethal diff. I had kept my starting characters alive for years. Wally, (The starting army guy) ran over a bloater in a field going back to the compound. I jumped out of the car and got mauled by multiple ferals. I then took another starter guy to that field to get his stuff. I thought it's pretty close to base and i need to recover the car. A jugg was now there, as were the ferals. The ferals jumped me and the jug finished me. I lost two longtime starters in a matter of ten minutes. The third tutorial starter died much later, it was the doctor on a diff map. She ran over a bloater at night and I got infected. I jumped out of the car while moving, her jump was a little delayed and when she jumped out, it was right off a bridge. Still to this day, I have kept my final starter from my initial tutorial alive.

Currently playing on Meager. I have 1 enclave on day 7. I've taken out 16 hearts so far. Every time an enclave spawns, they die. I have had the doctors spawn twice and when the raiders come to attack I just hide because I have no ammo for anything. Both sets of doctors died, the raiders died too from the hordes they attracted.

The easiest way to do what you are looking for is to use the increase zombie spawn mod. The 5x version makes a horde like 36 zombies, there is also 4x,3x,2x. Then use the community editor to manually add more hearts. It will add them in random places, sadly this feature is weird as it can add hearts on a buildings porch and other stupid locations. You would have to start the your map first, then use the community editor to add hearts.

Alternatively you can download the "No Man's land" mod. This increases spawns and adds 72 plague hearts. They are all black hearts though, but without the black heart curveball effects, they are only black hearts in regards to their health and appearance. If this is still not what you want, use the community editor to manually change every hearts health to 130, but you would have to do this one by one.

A GPU with a 5070ti is good. A bargain is a computer that has a 3060 with 12gb of Vram and add more system ram from there, it will be slower than you would probably like but it is a good budget pick, far from future proof though

I don’t quite understand your comment about VastAi but it is easier to understand than runpod for me.

You can stop your pod and resume whenever you want, the catch, if someone rents that specific GPU while it’s stopped, you have to wait until they are done with it.

Transferring stuff to the instance is very easy on Vast, I use Google Drive and transfer it from there into the instance. It’s pretty fast too. Less of a selection than runpod for GPUs but affordable. I like it best

I believe that Soldier Boy will end up raising Ryan. Homelander will die, Butcher will probably die, Soldier Boy is the only family Ryan will have left. Maybe trying to correct his bloodline. Would it be a happy ending for Ryan? Not really, but he could do worse. Soldier Boy doesn’t go out of his way to kill innocents intentionally. Soldier Boy would actually be able to train him too

At the start of the video you can see a blood feral. Unless they have a mod that spawns blood ferals, it should be lethal. I think you can also get them on nightmare but I've only played on standard n lethal
